  • WCAG accessibility audits
  • Accessible design and redesigns
  • Screen reader and keyboard testing
  • Clear, prioritised fix lists

What do web accessibility services include?

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

Ask your own →
What is WCAG?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the international standard for accessible websites. Most organisations aim for level AA.
How much do web accessibility services cost?
It depends on your requirements: the size of the site or app, the number of templates and whether you need help fixing issues. After a free discovery call you get an itemised proposal.
Is web accessibility a legal requirement?
The Disability Discrimination Act applies to services delivered online. For legal advice about your obligations, please speak with a lawyer.
Can you fix the issues you find?
Yes. Our designers and developers can fix them, or we can guide your team.
Do you test with screen readers?
Yes. We test with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver as well as keyboards.
Can automated tools do this alone?
No. They catch only some issues. Manual testing is needed to find the rest.
